Problems registering with this forum

I got a message from someone trying to register here:

My only guess would be it's an email address that the forum doesn't like e.g. a Chinese address
Are there other reasons they might get that message?

Hey Panic, no reason we can think of unless he is using a temp email or some other wierd provider, to which invision board has protections against. If it's a normal email address, should be fine.

Thanks for advice, I said if he wants to try again, to get the error code that goes with the message. it might help. but if he's stuck with a certain IP range and email address then it would be hard to resolve 😕
